OPEN AUDITIONS for our Spring/Summer Production...MEMORY LANE: AN OLD-FASHIONED SMILE
This show is based on the comedy skits, songs, and talents of Vaudeville days. It incorporates famous pieces from Abbott and Costello, Lucille Ball, Red Skelton, and others! Who do we need??? Anyone ages 10 through 18 who can act, sing, do magic, juggle, etc. We’re looking to incorporate YOUR special talents into this show along with the classic comedy skits that we’ll rehearse with the entire cast. Travel will be involved for this show from May through mid August or so. We provide the transportation to traveling performances. Auditions will take place at the Slavation Army located on Broad Street in Tamaqua. Membership in The Rainbow's End Theatre Company is free but we do require a dedication of time from each of our members. Again, auditions are open to any young person ages 10 through 18. For those under the age of 10 who want to audition (or those 10 and over who just aren't ready for this type of traveling show) please come to auditions! If there is enough interest, we'll hold a once-a-week group to work on stage/performance basics of movement, developing a character, voice projection, etc. all through gaming and short skit study. There is nothing to prepare...just bring yourself and your personality! We are 100% volunteer and non-profit. Both Rob and I are PA certified teachers and teach in local school districts. Our group is about learning and having fun while learning! Call for more information. We look forward to a great spring/summer turnout!

April 6 to 9
NYC's JUGGLE THOSE FEST
Since 2002, New York City has played host to a world-renowned annual juggling festival sponsored by Jugglers Anonymous: The Pratt Chapter, with support from the Carmine Street Irregulars. Members of The Rainbow's End Theatre Company attended this fest last year and had a blast! It was fantastic to spend the weekend with our juggling "family." This year's festival, Juggle Those, will take place April 6-9, 2006. Join this great group for open juggling, workshops, games, and Saturday night's public show, featuring a mix of local and international talent. This is a weekend long trip and open to Rainbow's End Juggle Club members by invitation only.

June 3
KUTZTOWN JUNE JUGGLE FEST
This is a great event held at Kutztown University and run by the Reading Jgglers' Club! This is a great one day juggling festival! We'll leave the area around 8am (since we're helping with the event this year) and won't get home until after the public show around 11pm or so. We'll talk more about this fantastic one day fest at juggle club and rehearsals.

WORLD JUGGLING DAY
Join us in the park at 5-points in Tamaqua for a day filled with juggling demonstrations and instruction. That's right, you too can learn how to juggle on this day! In our craft area you can make a set of juggling balls to take home with you so you can continue to practice. We'll be in the park from noon until dusk. At dark (around 9pm) we'll be lighting up the area with a fire juggling demonstration. The fire juggling will last about 30 minutes or so. Join us in this celebration of juggling!

IJA JUGGLING FESTIVAL
This will be our 7th year attending this incredible International Juggling Festival! Kim was elected to the board of directors last summer and both her and Rob directed a public show called "Planting the Juggling Seed" which was a huge success and will happen again this year combining talent from all over the U.S. in a performance to promote juggling to the public. This year they will be adding the aspect of lunch with the jugglers in addition to events of last year that included juggling instruction after the show and a tour of the festival! Rainbow's End members have attended with Rob and Kim each year and will, undoubtedly, attend in 2006. Contact/talk with Rob or Kim NOW if you are interested in going on this trip since room is limited and individuals must meet certain criteria to attend.

MORE EVENTS ARE BEING BOOKED EVERYDAY... CHECK HERE OFTEN TO SEE IF WE'LL BE IN A TOWN NEAR YOU!
